1. Raise & Track Tickets
Support tickets can be raised by sellers for any problems they encounter. Every ticket is recorded with a distinct ID and status, enabling vendors to monitor developments and remain updated.

2. Interactive Communication
Sellers can reply to the same ticket to carry on the conversation after the administrator has responded. Sellers can also choose to close the ticket without waiting for a response if the problem is rectified on its own.
3. Reopen if Needed
The seller has the option to reopen a ticket and carry on the conversation until the problem is fixed if the admin closes it but the seller is not satisfied with the response.
