1. Raise & Track Tickets

 

Sellers can raise support tickets for any issue they face. Each ticket is logged with a unique ID and status, allowing sellers to track progress and stay informed.

 

 

2. Interactive Communication

 

Once the admin responds, sellers can continue the conversation by replying to the same ticket. If the issue gets resolved on its own, sellers also have the option to close the ticket without waiting for a response.

 

3. Reopen if Needed

 

If a ticket is closed by the admin but the seller finds the response unsatisfactory, they can reopen the ticket and continue the discussion until the issue is resolved.
