Establish a consistent invoice prefix, configure key parameters like the quantity of products per page, and make reusable email templates for account notifications, order updates, and marketing communications.

 

2. Footer & Social Media Integration

 

To increase user interaction and brand visibility, provide links to your social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others, in the bottom of your website.

 

3. Order Status & Support Configuration

 

Specify how the Admin, Seller, and Buyer Dashboards display Order Fulfillment Statuses (such as pending, dispatched, delivered, and cancelled). Additionally, handle the Support Ticket system's Categories and Sub-Categories independently for buyers and sellers to improve the accuracy and organization of issue reporting.
